Pro-Abortion activists set to intimidate, cause destruction around America on Mother's Day
Will DHS categorize/prosecute well-organized efforts domestic terrorism?
Introduction
Just in time for Mother’s Day, pro-abortion activists, including violent Antifa/Black Lives Matter protestors, have re-emerged across the country to protest a draft ruling by the United States Supreme Court.
The draft ruling by SCOTUS would strike down Roe vs. Wade, a historic decision by SCOTUS that legalized abortions across the U.S..
Striking down SCOTUS would have the effect of bringing the issue back into state courts, many state courts that have made abortions much harder to obtain.
Some planned protests include marching by SCOTUS homes, others center around disrupting church services across the country. One “protest” has already turned violent.
The question is “Will intimidation and violence perpetrated against SCOTUS judges and churches be considered domestic terrorism by the Biden Regime and DHS, or will be swept under the rug as domestic terrorism by government backed Antifa/Black Lives Matter and Sunshine Movement has been?”
When posed the question over email to Thom Mrozek, Director of Media Relations at United States Attorney’s Office in California, I referred to Washington DC DHS headquarters. As of publishing, I have yet to receive a response (stay tuned for updates).
Domestic Terrorism Defined
According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), domestic terrorism is defined as violent, criminal acts committed by individuals and/or groups to further ideological goals stemming from domestic influences, such as those of a political, religious, social, racial, or environmental nature.
Based off that definition, the following organization should be considered as domestic terrorist in nature and acts already committed should be prosecuted as such.
Antifa/Black Lives Matter
Ruthsent.us
Sunshine movement
Ruthsent.us published the address of SCOTUS judges as well as organizing demonstrations outside the homes of SCOTUS presumably designed to intimidate judges.
Intimidating judges is a federal crime punishable by incarceration, because it is an organized criminal act committed to further ideological goals, it can and should be prosecuted as domestic terrorism.
Antifa/BLM, also mobilized this weekend in conjuction with Ruthsent.us, caused over $2B worth of damages and at least 25 deaths during protests they led in the summer of 2020. Although arrests did happen, the vast majority of charges against protestors were dropped. One Antifa sympathizer , was arrested for possessing what was classified as bomb at his arrest near a protest, a charge later dropped after prosecutors determined the bomb would smoke but not explode.
“The fact that he would put those devices together, the way he did, I’d say we’re lucky they wouldn’t combust,” Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Guialtiere said.
The Sunshine movement attempted to derail the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh, over 200 protestors were charged after they interfered with official government duty, a charge that many J6 protesters were hit with.
None of these three organizations have labelled domestic terrorist and their violent actions have almost universally been ignored, pardoned or otherwise neutralized.
It should be noted that the listed organizations all share several ideological similarities: All groups skew left in alignment the Democrat party and the globalists the Democrats have aligned themselves with.
As such, designation and prosecution of said groups is unlikely a massive uproar by the American public forces the U.S. government to act.
A massive uproar is unlikely, these groups do not only enjoy political protection by the Democrat party, they also enjoy overwhelmingly favorable coverage by U.S. and international media who share modern “corporate leftist values.”
The article The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election , Time Magazine not only confirms the secret alliance between Fortune 500 ceos and leftwing activists, it characterizes the alliance as having “kept the peace” in the run up to the 2020 elections.
There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes, one that both curtailed the protests and coordinated the resistance from CEOs… The pact was formalized in a terse, little-noticed joint statement of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and AFL-CIO published on Election Day. Both sides would come to see it as a sort of implicit bargain–inspired by the summer’s massive, sometimes destructive racial-justice protests–in which the forces of labor came together with the forces of capital to keep the peace and oppose Trump’s assault on democracy.
Although not explicit, the threat is clear.
The government cannot, or will not protect the peace, that is a role that has been delegated to “the forces of labor and of capital.”
President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris were not only vocal in their support for last year’s violent protests, Harris supported a bail fund for those arrested during protests.
In June of 2020, Over 1,000 health professionals signed a letter saying, Don’t shut down protests using coronavirus concerns as an excuse during a time that most normal activities were still being policed, causing many aligned with conservative and Republican causes to speak out against what they deemed to be arbitrary rules enforced along the lines of political ideology.
“Their rules appear ideologically driven as people can only gather for purposes deemed important by the elite central planners,” Brian Blase, who worked on health policy for the Trump administration told Politico.
How widespread the protests will become and how much will Catholic Churches, named targets of the Ruthsent.us movement, will suffer has yet to be seen.
Also to be seen is what, if any, consequences protestors will face as a result. Calls and emails to the Justice Department in Washington DC have not been returned as of the publishing of this article.
Updates will be made as soon as they are received.
In the meantime, prayers for safety and peace will be offered by the author on behalf of individuals and the country as a whole.
God Bless America.
